Community Information

  • Single family home property owners association.
      • Community organization helps maintain a consistent and attractive community appearances and provides for common area maintenance and improvements. 
  • Pets must be on a leash or request permission from the Board for an approved enclosed area.  Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately (even from your own property).  
  • Street parking is for temporary guest use only. 
  • Snow removal services are provided for the roads after two inches of snow.
      • Snow services will wait until snowfall has stopped before beginning for events of two to ten inches.
      • Snow services will be provided multiple times for events of more than ten inches.  Expect delays for unusually large accumulations. 
      • Ice melt will be applied as deemed necessary.

Responsibilities

Owners are responsible for the following:
  • Trash disposal.
  • Lawn mowing, shrub and tree trimming, leaf removal, flower bed maintenance, and ditch cleaning.
    • Compost piles are required to be obscured from street view and totally contained.  
  • All property maintenance
    • All exterior changes must be approved before work is begun. This includes fences and satellite dishes. 
Association Owner Assessments:
  • Improved lots $74.50 per quarter.  Unimproved lots $37.25 quarter.  Will increase to $81.25 and $40.625 starting 1-1-14.
    • Payments are due on the first of January, April, July, and October.
    • Payments must be delivered to the Association office.

  • Assessments cover the following expenses:
    • Common area mowing and leaf removal.
    • Common area maintenance.
      • Roads
      • Historical bench
      • Signs
